• We put in a lot of time and effort in to training each staff member on every aspect of cleaning, client relation and working as a team. We believe that we have one of the best training programs out there.
• We provide all our staff from management to the cleaning Specialists with full and complete uniforms on a yearly basis.
• Our Contract packages includes replacement staff in case a staff member is sick, absent or on leave. All replacement staff are trained and will deliver the same standard of cleaning as a permanent staff member.
• Management of staff onsite by Operations Managers, Area Managers, site supervisors, weekly and monthly site visits are done each month.

 

Health and Safety:

• We pride ourselves in our health and safety system and we take it very seriously.
• Health and Safety Audits are done every 3 months on Pro 2 Clean Staff and Services on client site by a 3rd party company to ensure compliance on an ongoing basis.

 

Operational procedures:

• Cleaning Site files on each site: Daily Cleaning Schedules, Weekly/Monthly Cleaning Check Sheets, Staff info and training, monthly and yearly services and site visit schedules, equipment, chemical and consumable registers, and Site Info Register.
• Shared One drive access for clients with information available anytime, anywhere.
• Site audits on a weekly/monthly basis
• All our chemicals are environmentally friendly.
• All Chemicals and Consumables supplied is worked out specifically for each site.
• All Consumables are colour coded and therefor only to be used in areas intended for to prevent cross contamination from one area to another.
• Cleaning and Hygiene equipment supplied for each site.
• Quantity and Discerption of equipment supplied to client is listed.
• Cleaning Equipment will be serviced monthly and kept in good condition.
